Back In Place

£600 later, the car is back home. But much like when the GT-R broke down, I'm not sure I can ever 100% trust this car ever again. I was looking at what to do if the repair cost was more than the vehicle is worth, and I'd probably go with an electric car. Most weeks I don't do more than 20 miles, so it works out really well.

And then last night I forgot my phone at the gym. Luckily I could pick it up again this morning, but it's surprising how lost you feel without even. Even though I'm still logged in to everything on my PC. Couldn't do any doomscrolling in bed, and strangely enough I slept better for it!

Oil

Turns out the car's engine has no oil in it at all. On top of that, there's no obvious leak either. I've read that the BMW M57 engine is pretty bulletproof, so I don't think it'll be written off. But I'm a bit concerned about how long it'll take to fix, and how expensive it'll be!
