Yesterday, for my 41st birthday we went to Pebble Beach restaurant in Barton-on-sea, where we saw TV's Paul Hollywood! A celebrity chef, and host of Great British Bake-off. And we like to buy his bread rolls from Waitrose.

The week before, Jen and I went to Corfu. It was lovely, and we spent every single day on the beach relaxing. I can certainly recommend that type of holiday!
