Brown Shoes

I've been wearing white sneakers constantly since I was about seven years old. Since I'm now 31, I thought maybe I should buy some grown-up looking brown shoes for a change. That's where the trouble started.

It seems no one in London stocks size 11 or 12, and if they do, it's not in the color I'd like. And then to top it all off, if they feel ok in the shop, when you get home and have a walk around, you suddenly realize that they don't fit at all. And brown shoes don't go with any of my white socks, which were all purchased to go with my white sneakers. Next time I'll just get some Air Jordans and be done with it.

New Gym Perhaps

I've decided to quit the gym I joined recently. It was way too expensive for what I was getting out of it. I'm going to try and find something a bit closer to the type of gym I went to while I was with Gamespot.

Speaking of contracting, I've had my contract at Virgin extended. Although they're leaving it until the last minute. Which I've noticed they do with a great many things.

What A Day

I got to come in to work late this morning because of all the overtime I've been doing lately. This started off great, but when I got to London, all the westbound trains through Earl's Court were down. Which meant I had to take the bus. But because of an accident in Vauxhall, Central London was even more gridlocked than normal. It took me just as long to get from Waterloo to Hammersmith, as it did to get from Brockenhurst to Waterloo.

But this evening I went to the first press screening of 22 Jump Street. Which was amazing. I felt so cool knowing that I was amoung the first people in the world to see it, and our opinion shapes if the public choose to see it. So if you liked the first one, go see this one. It's better.
