Top Gear

Yesterday, I spent a very wet, very soggy day at the Top Gear test track in Surry. But I wasn't there to watch, I  was there to drive! For Christmas, Mum & Dad got me a day out driving supercars. I got behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Gallardo, McLaren 570s, a Nissan GT-R, and a Ferrari F430. A boyhood dream come true!

A Taste of Spain

Last weekend, Jen came down, and along with Mum & Dad, we all went to a very nice restaurant. It was a special luncheon, where you had to book beforehand, as it was all Spanish sherries and meats. For a few years now, I've been a fan of a specific sherry called Pedro Ximenez, which is a very sweet desert wine.

Needless to say, the sherries were incredible, and the food was fantastic. Dad was even talking to the man who supplied all the lovely food, so it was a good day out for everyone!
