Christmas Surprises

Had a few unanticipated events this Christmas. First, Dad's Range Rover decided on Christmas morning to throw up an oil pressure warning. Luckily I was only driving over to Mum's so I made it there (and back) in one piece. I just started the engine again this evening, and it's still there. The internet tells me it could be as simple as a faulty sensor, or as dramatic as a full engine rebuild. What's most annoying is that I was supposed to drive up to London to visit Jen's family today, so that went completely out the window. Especially as Mum's car then threw up a warning light as well!

We've contacted our usual mechanic, but as it's the holiday season we have no idea when he's going to be able to give it a look. Let alone when it'll be fixed!
