Heat Wave

If you've been, apparently anywhere is the Northern Hemisphere lately, you're no doubt aware of the incredible heat wave we've had for the last month. It's been windows open and fans blowing in my apartment, and I still can't sleep well.

Speaking of not sleeping well, this is my last night in my current room in London. It's just too loud here. And dirty, even with two cleaners. Which is a shame, as the location couldn't be more perfect. The new place is about a mile down the road. Let's hope it works out.

History In The Making

England have actually won a penalty shootout at the World Cup! Combined with Spain and Portugal going out, not to mention Germany going out in the group stages, make this one of the most unpredictable World Cups of all time!

Speaking of historic: we saw a Bugatti on the M27 last weekend. Not a Veyron or Chiron, but a vintage Type 35! That's automobile royalty!
