The Slow Return Of Normal
With the number of new cases down, it seems the coronavirus is weakening it's grip on the nation, and the world. But with Germany's infection rate skyrocketing after reopening the country, it doesn't bode well for us. How much more of a beating can the economy take?
Jen is now back in London. We had no idea how long she would be staying when she first came down, so it's nice for her to get some different clothes, and see her beloved cat, which her parents were looking after whilst she was down.
Yesterday, one of my friends was in Lymington on a day out with his family, so it was nice to see them down by the quay, and have a sausage and chips on the way home.
And Mum and I'm having a secret haircut on Friday. I'm pretty sure this is now the longest it's ever been. I think the only other time it might have been longer was when I cam back from England in 2005, and didn't have it cut until early 2006. Although it was cut much shorter to begin with that time.
