Healthcare Costs

We all had a meeting today with representatives from different groups such as the NHS, Hampshire County Council, and others. It was to determine Dad's medical status, and who should keep paying for it. Which is quite odd, as I was under the impression that social healthcare paid for everything in a case like this. It might not be the best care in the world, but at least you're covered. Let's hope they don't come back with a bill.

Jen is back in London for a few weeks, but will be down before Thanksgiving. What a different holiday it will be this year compared with last year!

Light Therapy

Jen has a fancy expensive machine that supposedly helps skin problems using light therapy. I've developed eczema in and behind my ears, so lets hope this machine can help, as otherwise I'm just scratching all day.

We also went to New Park Manor last night for an evening at the spa, and massages. Since we aren't going out to eat like we used to in London, maybe spa treatments can be our new treat during the week.
