Confirmed Fears

Mum and Dad's neighbour across the road had their front window smashed last Thursday. The police came over today and explained what happened. What with the case of this poor woman who was killed in Clapham, it seems my age-old fears of anti-social behaviour is being validated quite a bit at the moment. Sadly, there's not much anyone can really do about it. The police seem to be reducing their numbers and their budgets, while populations are exploding. Where's Batman or the Avengers when you need them?
