Vaccined

Earlier this week, my friends from Sway and I all received text messages from the doctor's office to say that we can go and get our first vaccine. Luckily, we were all administered the Pfizer jab, which was lucky as I've heard rough things about the AstraZeneca version. Having said that, my arm did hurt afterwards, and the following evening I felt dreadful. I've been told that after receiving the AstraZeneca jab, it feels like a bad hangover. While it certainly didn't feel like that, I was really light-headed and woozy.

Mike in America also got the Pfizer vaccine, but he was given his second dose three weeks later. Over here they seem to be doing it about three months later. I read that it's actually better for older people this way, but it's most likely to get up the numbers of young people. That way we can open society quicker, unless the Indian variant gets us first.
