Source Of The Noise

In addition to the pigeons in the morning, I've been kept awake at night by the television from the flat downstairs. Only it seems it wasn't the flat underneath me at all. It was the little old lady on the ground floor. Her tv was so loud it came all the way up to me.

Very Agatha Christie. Apparently she didn't take the news very well and is now moving out. Landlord had to get involved and everything. Again, why is this all happening now, in Lymington?
