Looking For An Abode

I've been looking for a place to live (preferably Bondi Beach, but I might go to Surry Hills). I'm checking out one place tomorrow at lunch, and I know there is one or two going in a building I looked at before. I just want to make sure I like it. I don't want to have the same thing happen that happened in Queens. I get a place and the spend six weeks wondering why the hell I rented it.

The weather's getting colder as well. Which, being May is a little weird for me!
